A forty minute track incorporating a short intro, The four elements meditation taken from Brother Phap Dung. Source: Plumb Village App. Followed by a sumptuous gong bath to relax in to, sending you off to your place of tranquility and peace.

After the gong bath we bring you round with some gorgeous finger picking guitar. Sit back, lay down, switch off, go deep.

The recording of the gong bath was at the lovely Union House in Todmorden, it was accomplished by Karl Roscoe.
His funky digital set-up - Sound Devices, 702T recorder DPA 4060 omnidirectional microphones .

Listen to this through a good sound system or quality headphones but be careful with your ears by not having the volume too loud.

Breathing in, I enjoy my in breath. Breathing out, I enjoy my out breath.

Breathing in, I'm aware of my body. Breathing out, I relax my whole body.

Breathing in, I'm aware of the warmth in this body, there is the fire element in this body, making life possible.
Breathing out, I smile to the fire element in this body.

Breathing in, I'm aware of the fluid in this body. The mucus, saliva, my blood.
Breathing out, I smile to the water element within this body.

Breathing in, I'm aware of the earth element in this body. The soil that has produced the food I eat, the minerals that sustain this body.
Breathing out, I smile to the earth element in this body.

Breathing in, I'm aware of the air entering my body. The oxygen that sustains every cell of this body.
Breathing out, I smile to the air element in this body.
